The HBK Balers series comprises a range of fully automated balers for compacting industrial waste, cardboard, textiles and aluminium foil. The maximum capacity of the HBK balers is 240 m2/hour. Motor capacity ranges from 3 kW to 30 kW.
The HBK Balers have a large capacity and don’t need much space for their installation.
The conveyor belt can be linked up in such a way that material can be put on the belt from all sides. The whole process is completely automated. The PLC system monitors all functions of the baler and the automated flow of materials to the baler.
The material that has to be processed can be introduced in various ways: manually, pneumatically and with conveyor belts, dumped or via a combination of these systems. The HBK balers can be equipped with a pre-press flap, which makes it also possible to process difficult waste materials with a high bulk weight without problems into homogenous bales that can be stacked easily.
