MaxiPack

The Bollegraaf MaxiPack® packaging balers were developed to compact short-fibre materials such as chopped straw, wood shavings, shredded material, dried grass, cotton waste etc into uniform bales. A bagging installation gives the bales a dust-proof wrapping after which the bags are closed. It is up to the customer to decide whether he wants paper, cardboard or synthetic packaging for the bales.

Twin-Ram

All Bollegraaf MaxiPack® packaging balers are equipped with a well thought-out system involving two compaction rams, the so-called Twin-Ram principle. The first ram compresses the material to the desired volume, the second one forces it into the selected packaging.

Quality, long operational life, low maintenance costs

Quality components have been used for the hydraulically driven installation. The hydraulic cylinders and the hydraulic pump are extremely resistant to wear. The robust plate-steel frame of the Maxipack packaging balers guarantee a long operational life and low maintenance costs.

Tailor-made installations available

Depending on the material that is to be compacted, the desired size of the bales and the required capacity, Bollegraaf supplies the MaxiPack® packaging baler in different sizes. To make it even easier to install it in a wider range of locations, vertical as well as horizontal versions of the MaxiPack® can be supplied.

Three options for specific wishes

The MaxiPack® can be equipped with a pre-press flap, weighing installation and a fully automated bag filling installation.
