With Bollegraaf confidential shredders, large quantities of paper can be dealt without problems, such as files, computer printouts and punch cards.
Strong design and flexible cutting knives
The confidential shredder is strongly constructed in 20mm thick plate steel and can therefore accept very heavy loads. The rotor is equipped with cutting knives of high-alloy steel, which makes it virtually impossible for the rotor to stall.
Adjustable fraction size and automatic control
The Bollegraaf confidential shredder is equipped with two hinged screens that guarantee the material is destroyed to a maximum degree. The material leaves the installation when the required particle size is reached.
The shredder comes with an automated control system that makes sure the (in)flow of material is stopped immediately when the installation gets overloaded. The material flow is resumed automatically when sufficient material has left the installation.
All installations are easy to maintain
The rotor has ball-shaped roller bearings, as a result of which little maintenance is required. The Bollegraaf AS Series is available in four versions with various motor capacities, namely 55, 75, 110 and 200 kW. Three different filler openings can be supplied: 850 (219”), 1250 mm (411”) and 1650 mm (515”). The shredder can be equipped with conveyor belts, soundproof cabin and exhaust installation.
