\u00dcber das Projekt<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\u201eUnsere alte Ballenpresse war 11 Jahre alt und hatte nicht die ben\u00f6tigte Kapazit\u00e4t, um eine t\u00e4gliche Menge von 500 Tonnen Papier, Kunststoff, Stahl und Aluminium zu verarbeiten. F\u00fcr die neue Ballenpresse haben wir uns f\u00fcr eine Zusammenarbeit mit Bollegraaf entschieden, weil ich mehr und mehr davon \u00fcberzeugt war, dass ihre Anlagen den Wettbewerbern in allen Bereichen technologisch \u00fcberlegen sind. Au\u00dferdem \u00fcberzeugte mich ein Bollegraaf-Kunde aus den Niederlanden davon, dass die Ballenpresse von Bollegraaf im Vergleich zu den Alternativen mit geringeren Gesamtbetriebskosten und weniger Wartungsaufwand verbunden ist. In Absprache mit unserem Produktionsleiter wurde die Touchscreen-Steuerung der Anlage in den zentralen Kontrollraum verlegt, sodass kein separater Bediener mehr erforderlich ist. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dank der speziell gesch\u00fctzten Verkabelung haben wir keine Probleme mehr mit Ratten, die Kabel besch\u00e4digen und die Anlage lahmlegen. Da die neue Ballenpresse HBC-140 auch gr\u00f6\u00dfere Ballen produziert und diese effektiver b\u00fcndelt, sparen wir allein bei den Bindematerialien mehr als 31.000 EUR pro Jahr (s. Streamer). Die Gabelstapler sind produktiver, die Container sind schwerer und der Boden bleibt sauberer. Au\u00dferdem arbeiten wir mit der versprochenen maximalen Kapazit\u00e4t. Ich k\u00f6nnte nicht zufriedener sein.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n
