  <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"alignwide wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-uber-das-projekt\">\u00dcber das Projekt<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWir zerlegen gebrauchte Verpackungsfolien in Granulat, aus dem neue Folienmaterialien hergestellt werden k\u00f6nnen.&nbsp;Dieses Verfahren erfordert spezielle Input-Stoffe, f\u00fcr die wir bei Bollegraaf eine Hightech-Sortieranlage in Auftrag gegeben haben. Wir haben mit mehreren Maschinenherstellern gesprochen, aber Bollegraaf ist im Vergleich zu seinen Mitbewerbern eindeutig die Extrameile gegangen. Die Idee und das Design hatte ich bereits im Kopf.&nbsp;Andere Unternehmen weigerten sich, damit zu arbeiten, und wollten nur einen \u201eoffiziellen\u201c technischen Entwurf verwenden. Bollegraaf hat sich darauf eingelassen \u2013 und dabei sogar noch proaktiv L\u00f6sungen vorgeschlagen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So entstand ein wirklich eng zusammenarbeitendes Team, das die besten Elemente und Ideen von beiden Seiten in einem Entwurf vereinte. Das Ergebnis ist verbl\u00fcffend. Im Vergleich zur petrochemischen Industrie setzen wir pro Tonne Material 1.350 Kilo CO<sub>2<\/sub> weniger frei. Der wichtigste Aspekt ist jedoch, dass das optische Sortieren mit Nahinfrarottechnik so gut funktioniert, dass wir danach kaum noch nachsortieren m\u00fcssen.&nbsp;Der Prozess ist vollst\u00e4ndig automatisiert und die Auswirkungen sind enorm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr die von unserer Anlage produzierten Mengen w\u00fcrden wir bei manuellem Sortieren 350 Mitarbeiter ben\u00f6tigen. Dieser personelle Aufwand ist der Grund daf\u00fcr, dass h\u00e4ufig ein Gro\u00dfteil des Materials zun\u00e4chst nach Asien verschifft wird. Dort ist der manuelle Prozess noch bezahlbar. Mit unserer neuen Bollegraaf-Anlage k\u00f6nnen wir wirklich einen Beitrag zu einer Kreislaufwirtschaft in Westeuropa leisten. Das ist ein echter Durchbruch.
