Altpapier-Sortiersysteme zu optimieren. Der Trommelf\u00f6rderer stellt den konstanten Materialfluss Ihres Sortiersystems, Schredders oder Ihrer Ballenpresse sicher.<\/p>\n\n\n    <\/div>\n \n                <\/div>\n                        <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Der BRS Trommelf\u00f6rderer besteht aus einer Trommel mit Hardox-K\u00e4mmen, einem Hochleistungsstahldeck und Materialtr\u00e4gern, die von einer Kette mit zwei Spannlagern angetrieben werden, die in der Spannstation montiert sind. Die Lager verf\u00fcgen \u00fcber eine Fettkartusche f\u00fcr mindestens 10.000 Betriebsstunden. Der Trommelf\u00f6rderer verf\u00fcgt au\u00dferdem \u00fcber Ringdichtungen und selbsteinstellende Lager, um die Verschmutzung zwischen den Seitenw\u00e4nden des Bunkerbandes und der Trommel zu reduzieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durch die Bereitstellung eines Materialpuffers und die Gew\u00e4hrleistung eines gleichm\u00e4\u00dfigen Materialflusses erm\u00f6glicht der Trommelf\u00f6rderer eine h\u00f6here Kapazit\u00e4t f\u00fcr Sortieranlagen und eine bessere Sortierqualit\u00e4t. Der Trommelf\u00f6rderer stellt einen Materialpuffer bereit, der den Zeitaufwand des Schaufelladers f\u00fcr die Materialeingabe in das Sortiersystem verk\u00fcrzt, da er nur einige Male pro Stunde gef\u00fcllt werden muss.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Trommelf\u00f6rderer kann auch mit einer Sonderausf\u00fchrung des HBST-Stahlbandf\u00f6rderers mit 2000 mm hoher Seitenwand \u2013 dem sogenannten Bunkerband \u2013 kombiniert werden.
