Lubo OCC screen <\/strong>(Old Corrugated Cardboard) ist ein Sieb, das sich perfekt zum Trennen gro\u00dfer Kartonagen vom Materialstrom eignet. Das OCC wird zum Aussieben von Papier, kleinen Kartons und anderen kleinen Materialien verwendet und am Anfang einer Sortieranlage platziert.<\/p>\n\n\n <\/div>\n \n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Das OCC-Siebdeck besteht aus mehreren Achsen, auf denen Gummisterne mit einem Durchmesser von 660 mm montiert sind. Die Siebgr\u00f6\u00dfe kann durch die Gr\u00f6\u00dfe der Sterne, den Intervall zwischen den Sternen und die Drehgeschwindigkeit bestimmt werden. Das allgemeine Funktionsprinzip des OCC-Siebs besteht darin, den Gr\u00f6\u00dfenunterschied und die Steifigkeit des Materials auszunutzen. In diesem Fall wird die Pappe von den Sternen \u00fcber das Sieb gesto\u00dfen und das Papier gleitet zwischen den Sternen hindurch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Zuf\u00fchrung des OCC-Siebs ist mit einer doppelten Sternanordnung versehen, die verhindert, dass Material mittlerer Gr\u00f6\u00dfe durch das Siebdeck f\u00e4llt. <\/p>\n\n\n

Eine der einzigartigen St\u00e4rken dieses Sternsiebs ist die einfache Wartung aufgrund des patentierten \u201eQuick Disconnect\u201c-Designs (schnelles Wechseln von Sternwellen ohne Demontage von Lagern, Antrieben, Ritzel und Kette). Dadurch verk\u00fcrzt sich die Wartungszeit von Stunden auf Minuten. Das wiederum f\u00fchrt zu extrem niedrigen Wartungskosten bei maximierter Betriebszeit der Sortieranlagen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
