Das Lubo ONP (Office and Newspaper) StarScreen<\/strong> ist ein Hochleistungssieb, das perfekt geeignet ist, um verschiedene Papierformate voneinander zu trennen und \u00fcber die Dauer einer kompletten Schicht zu verhindern, dass sich Folien oder andere fadenf\u00f6rmige Materialien verfangen. Diese k\u00f6nnen an den speziell entwickelten Sternen nicht h\u00e4ngen bleiben. So garantiert das Sieb Spitzenleistung bei minimaler Reinigungszeit.<\/p>\n\n\n <\/div>\n \n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Das einzelne ONP StarScreen verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber ein Siebdeck, das in einer eigenen Stahlkonstruktion in einem Winkel zwischen 38\u00b0 und 45\u00b0 ausgerichtet ist. Dieses Siebdeck besteht aus verschiedenen Achsen, auf denen Gummisterne montiert sind. Das Deck hat je nach Siebgr\u00f6\u00dfe eine eigene Sterneinstellung und die Sternachsen sind aus massivem Stahl gefertigt. Das ONP dient der Trennung von Papier unterschiedlicher Gr\u00f6\u00dfen aus einem 3D-Strom. Die Standardformate f\u00fcr ein einzelnes ONP-Sieb sind A4 oder A5. Da die Scheiben auf den Wellen aber verschoben werden k\u00f6nnen, ist jede Einstellung m\u00f6glich.<\/p>\n\n\n

Design und Technik des ONP StarScreen sorgen f\u00fcr erstaunlich niedrige Kosten pro Tonne Abfall.
