Le Bollegraaf Drum Feeder a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u sp\u00e9cifiquement pour optimiser le fonctionnement des syst\u00e8mes de tri des flux de d\u00e9chets papiers. Le Drum Feeder garanti que votre syst\u00e8me de tri, votre presse \u00e0 balles ou votre broyeur est aliment\u00e9 par un flux constant.<\/p>\n\n\n <\/div>\n \n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The BRS Drum Feeder consists of a drum with Hardox combs, a heavy-duty steel deck, and material carriers powered by a chain with two tension bearings mounted in the tensioning station. The bearings have a grease cartridge for a minimum of 10,000 working hours. The Drum Feeder also has ring seals and self-adjusting bearings to reduce the pollution between the side walls of the bunker belt and the drum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By providing a buffer for material and ensuring a steady stream of material, the Drum Feeder enables higher capacity for sorting installations and better sorting quality. The Drum Feeder provides a buffer of material, which reduces the time required by the shovel operator to input material in the sorting system as it only needs to be filled a few times an hour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le Drum Feeder peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre associ\u00e9 avec une version sp\u00e9cifique du convoyeur \u00e0 bande acier HBST avec rives de 2 000 mm, le \u00ab convoyeur bunker \u00bb. Pour faciliter le chargement de mati\u00e8res sur la ligne de tri, le Drum Feeder d’alimentation peut \u00eatre plac\u00e9 en contrebas ou dans une fosse en b\u00e9ton.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
