Le BRS Troughed belt conveyor<\/strong> est convient parfaitement pour le transport rapide et efficace de mati\u00e8res diverses telles que le verre, les emballages m\u00e9talliques, le sable, ou encore le papier, sur des distances plus longues. Ce convoyeur ne n\u00e9cessite que peu de maintenance en raison de son moteur \u00e0 tambour. Le troughed belt conveyor forme un U sur un \u00ab ch\u00e2ssis en auge \u00bb mont\u00e9 sur un support massif en plaques d’acier.  Les ch\u00e2ssis en auge sont compos\u00e9s de trois rouleaux \u00e0 roulements d\u2019un diam\u00e8tre de 80 mm avec un angle d\u2019auge de 25\u00b0. Les ch\u00e2ssis en auge sont espac\u00e9s de 1 000 mm. La bande en caoutchouc passe sur une plaque en acier des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s, sur une largeur d\u2019environ 50 mm. Sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9 retour, le tapis en caoutchouc passe sur des rouleaux de support annulaires, install\u00e9s avec un espacement maximal de 2 500 mm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
