Le fonctionnement du Lubo Glass Cleaning System<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Premi\u00e8rement, le crible vibrant flexible retire la fraction 0-10 mm du flux de mati\u00e8re pollu\u00e9. La fraction 0-10 mm contient une grande quantit\u00e9 de petits morceaux de verre, qui sont \u00e0 l\u2019origine d’une proportion \u00e9lev\u00e9e de l\u2019usure du syst\u00e8me a\u00e9raulique. Cette fraction doit \u00eatre retir\u00e9e du flux de mati\u00e8re avant l’arriv\u00e9e au stade du s\u00e9parateur a\u00e9raulique. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le s\u00e9parateur a\u00e9raulique n\u2019extrait pas la fraction 0-10 mm, ce qui signifie que des petits \u00e9l\u00e9ments en verre resteraient dans le flux de mati\u00e8res.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apr\u00e8s son passage dans le crible vibrant, la mati\u00e8re sera transport\u00e9e par un convoyeur ferm\u00e9 avec un s\u00e9parateur a\u00e9raulique \u00e0 l\u2019extr\u00e9mit\u00e9. Celui-ci sera \u00e9quip\u00e9 d\u2019une goulotte de r\u00e9ception int\u00e9gr\u00e9e. <\/p>\n\n\n

La prochaine \u00e9tape dans le processus d\u2019extraction est un deuxi\u00e8me crible vibrant flexible. Ce crible extrait la fraction 10-25 mm du flux de mati\u00e8re. Apr\u00e8s avoir retir\u00e9 cette fraction, la mati\u00e8re restante est significativement plus lourde que les polluants restants dans le flux passant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apr\u00e8s ce crible se trouve un deuxi\u00e8me s\u00e9parateur a\u00e9raulique avec goulotte de r\u00e9ception int\u00e9gr\u00e9e. Ce s\u00e9parateur a\u00e9raulique doit extraire la plupart des polluants de 25-50 kg\/m3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
