Le Lubo ONP (Office and Newspaper) StarScreen<\/strong> est un crible de haute capacit\u00e9 id\u00e9al pour d\u00e9partager les diff\u00e9rentes dimensions de papiers. Ce crible est \u00e9galement en mesure de r\u00e9sister \u00e0 l\u2019enroulement pendant toute la dur\u00e9e d\u2019un poste. Les \u00e9toiles sont con\u00e7ues sp\u00e9cifiquement pour \u00e9viter l\u2019enroulement de films ou d\u2019autres mati\u00e8res filandreuses, garantissant une performance maximale pour un temps de nettoyage minimal.<\/p>\n\n\n <\/div>\n \n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

L’ONP StarScreen simple est compos\u00e9 d’une surface de criblage positionn\u00e9e \u00e0 un angle compris entre 38\u00b0 et 45\u00b0, dans sa propre structure en acier. Ce crible est \u00e9quip\u00e9 de plusieurs essieux sur lesquels sont mont\u00e9s des \u00e9toiles en caoutchouc. Le r\u00e9glage des \u00e9toiles est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en fonction de la granulom\u00e9trie de criblage recherch\u00e9e. Les arbres \u00e0 \u00e9toiles sont compos\u00e9s d’acier massif. L’ONP est utilis\u00e9 pour extraire les papiers de dimensions diff\u00e9rentes du flux 3D. La granulom\u00e9trie de criblage standard pour un ONP simple est de A4 ou A5, toutefois les disques peuvent \u00eatre d\u00e9plac\u00e9s sur les arbres rendant possible tout param\u00e9trage souhait\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n

Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa conception, l’ONP StarScreen g\u00e9n\u00e8re des co\u00fbts par tonne de d\u00e9chets trait\u00e9s remarquablement bas.
