De BRS Trogband<\/strong> is erg handig voor het snel en effici\u00ebnt transporteren van diverse materialen zoals glas, blikken, zand en papier over grotere afstanden. Deze transportband heeft weinig onderhoud nodig doordat hij wordt aangedreven door een trommelmotor en alle lagers levenslang gesmeerd zijn.<\/p>\n\n\n <\/div>\n \n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

De Trogband heeft een U-vorm over zogenaamde \u201ctrogframes\u201d, die we hebben geplaatst op een stevig plaatstaal frame. De trogframes bestaan uit drie gelagerde rollen met een diameter van 80 mm met een troghoek van 25\u00b0. Tussen de trogframes is de afstand 1000 mm. Aan beide zijden loopt de rubberen band over een stalen plaat over een breedte van circa 50 mm. Aan de retourzijde loopt de rubberen band over steunringrollen, die we op max. afstand van 2500 mm van elkaar geplaatst hebben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
