De Lubo ONP (Office and Newspaper) Sterrenzeef<\/strong> is een zeef met hoge capaciteit die perfect geschikt is om verschillende papierformaten van elkaar te scheiden, die ook bestand is tegen wikkelen gedurende een hele dienst. Omdat speciaal ontworpen sterren niet worden geladen met film of ander vezelig materiaal, garandeert het topprestaties met een minimale reinigingstijd.<\/p>\n\n\n <\/div>\n \n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

De enkelvoudige ONP Sterrenzeef heeft \u00e9\u00e9n zeefdek dat in een eigen staalconstructie is geplaatst onder een hoek tussen 38\u00b0 en 45\u00b0. Dit dek bestaat uit verschillende assen waarop rubberen sterren zijn gemonteerd. Het dek heeft een eigen sterzetting afhankelijk van de zeefgrootte en de sterassen zijn gemaakt van massief staal. De ONP wordt gebruikt om papier van verschillende formaten te scheiden van de 3D-stroom. Standaard zeefformaten voor een enkele ONP zijn A4 of A5, maar omdat de schijven op de assen kunnen worden verplaatst, is elke instelling mogelijk..<\/p>\n\n\n

Het ontwerp en de engineering van de ONP StarScreen levert verrassend lage kosten per ton afval op.
