Tijdens de voorbereidingsfase beoordeel je de technische plannen, stem je de planning af, organiseer je de benodigde middelen en zorg je ervoor dat alles op zijn plaats is voor een vlotte installatie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eenmaal op locatie neem je de volledige verantwoordelijkheid. Je stuurt internationale teams aan, werkt nauw samen met de Project Manager en bent het belangrijkste aanspreekpunt voor de klant. Van installatie tot inbedrijfstelling en uiteindelijke prestatietests zorg je ervoor dat projecten veilig, op tijd en conform de contractuele eisen worden opgeleverd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading alignwide\" id=\"h-jouw-voornaamste-werkzaamheden\"><strong>Jouw voornaamste werkzaamheden<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Installaties voorbereiden door de omvang te beoordelen, de volgorde van de werkzaamheden te plannen, de tijdlijnen op elkaar af te stemmen en de middelen en budgetten te organiseren.<br>De volledige verantwoordelijkheid op locatie nemen en de installatie, inbedrijfstelling en prestatietests van begin tot eind beheren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leidinggeven aan en co\u00f6rdineren van internationale teams, waarbij een veilige, effici\u00ebnte en kwalitatief hoogwaardige uitvoering wordt gewaarborgd.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De projectomvang vertalen naar duidelijke inbedrijfstellings- en testplannen, de voortgang bewaken en afwijkingen oplossen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nauw samenwerken met de projectmanager bij de planning, terwijl je de controle behoudt over kosten, middelen en onderaannemers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Volledig operationele systemen opleveren, inclusief testen, prestatievalidatie en klanttraining.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zorgen voor naleving van kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen en actief een sterke veiligheidscultuur (nul incidenten) bevorderen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Risico&#8217;s en kansen vroegtijdig identificeren en proactieve actie ondernemen. Voortdurend de tools, processen en werkwijzen verbeteren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading alignwide\" id=\"wat-breng-je-mee\"><strong><strong>Wie ben jij?<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Je gedijt in een dynamische, internationale omgeving waar geen dag hetzelfde is. Met een sterke technische achtergrond en een praktische instelling weet je hoe je teams moet aansturen en resultaten op locatie moet behalen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vloeiend in Frans en Engels (gesproken en geschreven); Nederlands of Duits is een pluspunt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bereid om internationaal te reizen en langere perioden op locatie door te brengen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ervaring in installatie, constructie of industri\u00eble omgevingen (ervaring met grote mechanische installaties is een pluspunt).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sterke leiderschapskwaliteiten met een gestructureerde en oplossingsgerichte aanpak. Duidelijke communicator met een klantgerichte instelling.
