Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste Finance-stagiair(e) die ons Finance &amp; Control team komt versterken.<\/p>\n\n\n    <\/div>\n \n                <\/div>\n                        <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>De afdeling Finance &amp; Control speelt een cruciale rol binnen onze projectorganisatie. Van debiteuren en crediteurenbeheer tot het opstellen van rapportages, project control en het ondersteunen van projectadministraties. Jij krijgt een uniek kijkje in de financi\u00eble motor van een internationaal opererend technisch bedrijf. Omdat Bollegraaf vooral projectmatig werkt, ligt de nadruk binnen deze stage sterk op Control zoals; het bewaken van budgetten, risicoanalyses en het sturen op cijfers binnen lopende projecten. Een perfecte kans om te leren hoe financi\u00eble processen echt impact maken op strategisch en operationeel niveau. &nbsp; &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading alignwide\"><strong>Hoe ziet de stageopdracht eruit?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Tijdens deze stage ga je meewerken aan diverse Finance &amp; Control-activiteiten om een stevige basis te leggen als Financieel medewerker in opleiding. Je krijgt de kans om inzicht te krijgen in zowel de interne als externe financi\u00eble processen binnen de organisatie. Je taken gaan onder andere bestaan uit:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Meewerken aan het opstellen en analyseren van interne managementrapportages <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ondersteunen bij financi\u00eble rapportages richting externe stakeholders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bijdragen aan het opzetten en uitvoeren van risicomanagementprocessen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assisteren bij de selectie en implementatie van een niet Enterprise Performance (EP) systeem<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inzicht krijgen in en meewerken aan acquisitietrajecten vanuit financieel perspectief<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Deelnemen aan de optimalisatie van control en rapportageprocessen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading alignwide\"><strong>Wie ben jij?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Je volgt een HBO-opleiding of WO-opleiding in de studierichting Finance &amp; Control, Bedrijfseconomie, Accountancy of soortgelijke opleiding<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Je hebt een sterk analytisch vermogen en een interesse in financi\u00eble vraagstukken en bedrijfsprocessen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Je bent leergierig, proactief en hebt oog voor detail<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Je werkt gestructureerd en kunt goed prioriteiten stellen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Je communiceert goed met alle lagen van de organisatie en kunt jezelf ook in het Engels verstaanbaar maken.&nbsp;Uiteraard spreek en schrijf je goed Nederlands en Engels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading alignwide\"><strong>Wat bieden we jou?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Een leerzame en afwisselend stageplek, waarin je de kans krijgt om ervaring op te doen in de praktijk. Een maandelijkse stagevergoeding tussen de \u20ac 340 en \u20ac 500 bruto per maand o.b.v. 40 uur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading alignwide\" id=\"h-wie-zijn-wij\"><strong>Wie zijn wij?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Bollegraaf Recycling Solutions is internationaal bekend als toonaangevend producent van zeer grote, kant-en-klare recyclingoplossingen. Bollegraaf heeft meerdere vestigingen dan wel agenten in Europa en Noord-Amerika, maar onze installaties en totaaloplossingen vind je terug over de hele wereld, zoals bijvoorbeeld in Mexico en in Ghana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In Appingedam en Emmen werken circa 400 medewerkers continu aan de producten en dienstverlening. Van R&amp;D tot productie, Bollegraaf heeft alles in eigen \u2018huis\u2019 en met onze producten leveren we een positieve bijdrage aan een duurzame wereld. De systemen kunnen grondstoffen van afval scheiden dankzij innovatieve en hoogwaardige technieken. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bollegraaf bevindt zich in een groeimarkt; hergebruik en recycling van grondstoffen is cruciaal om ervoor te zorgen dat de aarde niet raakt uitgeput.
