In terms of after-sales this means: ensuring that wearables, spare parts and replacement parts are immediately available, as well as service and maintenance engineers.

To prevent production stoppages, support in the service area is treated as a project led by professionals. The total solution covers planning, materials and support provided by engineers.

Service Account Managers advise you and, where necessary, give you direct access to a single appropriate point of contact at our company. That way we work in close partnership with you in order to continuously develop and improve performance. We support you on your way to the future. Our Service and After-sales department will also assist you via the telephone helpdesk with all the technical information you need. This department is also responsible for all user manuals.
Since we believe that exceptional support must standard at Bollegraaf Recycling Solutions, we are investing heavily field service management. Bollegraaf UK have recently further strengthened their team by increasing their field service capabilities.
Our Field Service Engineers are trained in installation, maintenance, and repair. They also specialize in hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical trouble shooting. We train each of our technicians and engineers on all parts of the equipment we supply. This means we have close to 30 specialists throughout Europe who can address your problem, no matter what it is. You will achieve quicker, more efficient, and more thorough repairs.
Bollegraaf also offers a sophisticated computerized communication interface package as part of BIOS (Bollegraaf Information & Operating System). This allows your system to tie directly into the Bollegraaf/LUBO Recycling Solutions computer base, through which Bollegraaf/LUBO can provide remote system diagnostics, trouble shooting, and correction procedures. We also teach you how to adjust your system based on operating conditions.
