New: Bollegraaf Two-Ram baler
The Bollegraaf Two-Ram baler is the latest addition to our baler portfolio. The Two-Ram is made for performance and can bale the toughest materials, such as car tires and plastic bottles.
Our Two-Ram Balers are designed, developed, manufactured and tested in our state-of-the-art
manufacturing facility in the Netherlands. They produce high-density and homogeneous bales while minimizing baling time and energy usage.
The Bollegraaf Two-Ram is perfect to bale the following materials:
- Plastics
- Oversized OCC (Old Corrugated Cardboard)
- Non-ferrous metals, like aluminum cans
- End-of-life tires
- And more, ask our experts for advice
The Two-Ram baler resembles an HBC baler to some extent; it has not one but two pre-press flaps and two rams. The main difference is in the size, press force, and tying of the bales. Watch our Two-Ram animation below:
The first Bollegraaf Two-Ram has been installed at Kras Recycling in Almere, the Netherlands. Here it bales a wide variety of materials: plastics, paper & cardboard, metals, and more. Watch the video below to see the Bollegraaf Two-Ram in action!
