What will be your role?

As a Site Manager within our Installation & Commissioning team, you are involved from the very start of each project. During the preparation phase, you review technical plans, align schedules, organize resources, and ensure everything is in place for a smooth installation.

Once on site, you take full ownership. You lead international teams, work closely with the Project Manager, and act as the main point of contact for the customer. From installation to commissioning and final performance testing, you ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and in line with contractual requirements.

    What will be your responsibilities?

    • Prepare installations by reviewing scope, planning sequences, aligning timelines, and organizing resources and budgets.
Take full ownership on site, managing installation, commissioning, and performance testing from start to finish.
    • Lead and coordinate international teams, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution.
    • Translate project scope into clear commissioning and test plans, monitor progress, and resolve deviations.
    • Collaborate closely with the Project Manager on planning, while maintaining control over costs, resources, and subcontractors
    • Deliver fully operational systems, including testing, performance validation, and customer training.
    • Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards and actively promote a strong safety culture (zero incidents).
    • Identify risks and opportunities early and take proactive action. Continuously improve tools, processes, and ways of working.

      Who are you?

You thrive in a dynamic, international environment where no two days are the same. With a strong technical background and a hands-on mindset, you know how to lead teams and deliver results on site.

      • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written); Dutch or German is a plus.
      • Willing to travel internationally and spend extended periods on-site.
      • Experience in installation, construction, or industrial environments (large mechanical installations are a plus).
      • Strong leadership skills with a structured and solution-oriented approach. Clear communicator with a customer-focused mindset. Experience managing teams, with solid knowledge of safety standards and regulations.

      What do we offer you?

      • Competitive salary based on your experience and expertise.
      • Employment conditions aligned with your country of residence (the Netherlands or France).
      • 27 vacation days + 13 ADV days (based on a Dutch contract), with the option to convert days into salary.
      • International working environment with flexibility when not on site.
      • Opportunities for personal development and career growth.
      • Informal and supportive work culture with room for both performance and fun.
