By subscribing to our newsletter you agree to receive email from us. The aim of our newsletter service is to keep our customers and visitors updated about new product or service releases or other relevant information about the Bollegraaf Group. The subscription to our newsletter service is not mandatory and can be revoked at any time.

The frequency of the newsletter issues will be at most 1 per month.

We reserve the sole right to either modify or discontinue the newsletter, at any time with or without notice to you. We will not be liable to you or any third party should we exercise such right. Any new features that augment or enhance the then-current services on this site shall also be subject to these Terms of Use.

We reserve the sole right to unsubscribe users / visitors from or newsletter service, without notice .

3. Sharing of information

The Bollegraaf Group will not, without your consent, pass on any information about you to any third party unless required by law to do so, or unless it is necessary relating to a product or service you have requested or purchased from us.

The Bollegraaf Group reserves all copyright for any and all images and text used in the newsletter. The contents of the newsletter may not be copied and used for any purposes without the explicit, written permission of a member of the management team of the Bollegraaf Group.
